Crash Bandicoot: On the Run! is a parkour game developed by King.com Ltd, also known as King Digital Entertainment, a video game developer based in St. Julian's, Malta, specialising in social games.

The main characters of the game are Grouchy Wolf and his sister Coco. And the bad guy Dr Neo Cortex is also an avid scientist who steals energy gems as a way of activating gates to different locations around the world and time. dr Neo Cortex also brings along his experimental assistants: ant drones, crabs, Araknids and transformers such as nitro, frost, inferno and oxide mutagens, which are able to help him rule the world and the multiverse. Players will have to control Groucho and his sister Coco as they run along and then have to defeat Dr Neo Cortex and his assistants with a serum, bomb, ray gun or bazooka to retrieve the jewels and bring peace back to the world and the multiverse!

Does the storyline alone make it very interesting? The game also features exotic levels, with a vast archipelago that includes a forest of turtles, temple ruins and majestic gates. There are also dangerous enemies from the multiverse brought in by Dr Neo Cortex: Nina Cortex, Wild Dog Crocodile, Dr King, Imposter Grouch and Imposter Coco. It's up to Grouchy and Coco to retrieve the energy gems!

In this game, you'll need to control Grouchy Wolf as he runs, jumps and smashes Neo Cortez's assistant through a three-row track! The game opens with you getting the classic Grouchy Wolf & Coco skin, with an additional set of punk skins. You can also customize the Wolf's look to make it as unique as you like! And as you explore and run through the multiverse, you'll unlock skins with various bonuses to help you earn more trophies, bonuses and doubles! And of course as you run, you'll also unlock brand new areas where you can avoid dangerous enemies and rewards you never expected. These enemies and rewards will have a direct impact on the skins you use and the weapons you carry during the run, so be careful!

To defeat the enemies, Groucho and Coco need to build weapons: the energy fluid needed to drive the frost ant robots off their lines, oversized bombs that can make nitrogen steel crabs quake in their shells, and to disgrace nitrogen Neo Cortez, you'll need ray guns and rocket launchers! These resources are scattered all over Uppa Island and need to be collected by Goofy Wolf and Coco on the run. As well as making weapons, there are parts that can be used to build high-tech laboratories.

You can also build your goofy wolf base in-game and win rewards to upgrade and transform it.

While on the run, don't forget to always look for poppers, shell fragments, nitrogen fungi, alpha/beta parts and other supplies to upgrade or redeem for trophies.

There's also team play, so invite your friends to join you on your quest to see who can run longer and farther, with the winner's name on the leaderboard. Challenge other players online and your team will earn lots of trophies!
