1. Open Gmail. In your computer's web browser, go to https://www.gmail.com/ . If you are already logged in, it will open your inbox directly. If you are not logged in, then follow the prompts to enter your email address and password.
2. Make sure you are using the latest version of Gmail Inbox. Follow the instructions below: Click the gear icon of "Settings" with the image titled Android7settings.png.
Click on Try the new version of Gmail at the top of the drop-down menu.
If you see the option to return to the legacy version of Gmail in the drop-down menu, that means you are now using the latest version of Gmail.
3. Click + Write Email at the top left of the page. A "New Mail" window opens at the bottom right of the page.
4. Enter the recipient's email address. In the "To" text box, enter the email address of your contact.
To add another recipient, press the Tab ↹ key after entering the first email address.
If you want to copy or bcc the email to someone else, you can click the Copy or Bcc link to the right of the To text box, and then enter the other person's email address in the corresponding text box.

Format - Click and drag the cursor to select the text you want to format, then click to select one of the formatting options at the bottom of the message.
File - At the bottom of the email, click the paperclip icon at the bottom of the email to add a picture with Android7paperclip.png as the title, and then select the file you want to upload.
Photo - At the bottom of the email, click the "Insert photo" icon with Android7image.png as the title of the image, select the location of the photo, and then select the photo you want to upload.
8.Click "Send" at the bottom of the "New Email" window. Your email will be sent to the specified recipient.
